Online registration
for our 2008 Memorial Day Tournament
is now closed.
- Registration fees for the 2008 Tournament are $385 for short-sided
teams and $435 for full-sided teams. A discount of 5% is offered to
clubs that register 5 or more teams by March 15th. Discounts are issued
as rebate checks at close of registration. Teams should submitt full
payment at time of registration.

- Payment must be made by mailing a check, payable "Hopewell Valley
Soccer Association", to the following address:

- Please write your team number (in your email confirmation) on your
check. Your check must be received by HVSA within 5 working
days of your application date to receive consideration for the tournament.

- Track your team application by clicking on registration link titled
"check status" to check the current status of your online application.
We will post when applications are processed by the registrar, when
payment is received, and when teams are accepted into our tournament.
- Sign-In
- Registered team sign-in will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 from
6 to 9 PM at Timberlane Middle School. The school is located
at 51 South Timberlane Drive, just west of Route 31, in Pennington,
NJ. Directions to the school can be found at

- You or your designated representative (such as an asst. coach/manager,
parent, or even a representative from another team coming to registration)
will need to bring the following to registration:

Copy of the official team roster for
us to keep (the team will be fixed at that time)

Player passes (including any guest player
passes) & coach passes

Original notarized medical release forms
(including for any guest player)

Permission to travel forms for non-New Jersey
teams
- You will need to bring ALL the above documentation to registration,
even if you have previously mailed any of them to us. If you
do not have all this documentation, we will not be able to register
you for the tournament.
Remember – No Pass, No Play.
- We will also need updated weekend emergency contact information
(i.e., a name and cell phone number) in case we need to contact any
team during the tournament. Pre-ordered T-shirts will be available
for pick-up at registration.
- NO TEAM WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY WITHOUT FIRST REGISTERING AND SIGNING
IN!!
