2021-2022 HVSA Soccer Sponsorships 

 

Dear HVSA Sponsor: 

Hello Sponsors!  Our Spring Season has concluded and it has been wonderful for the players!

Hopewell Valley Soccer Association is a part of our community and as a member of HVSA I want to be sensitive to our sponsors' needs and let you know that we value all you do for our players.

We will continue to provide safe procedures for our players, families, coaches, and referees on and off the fields during our game times.  We will continue to provide a variety of recreational, instructional, and competitive soccer programs to the children in the Hopewell Valley region in the safest way.

Our  programs include the fall, winter (indoor), and spring recreation programs, year-long competitive travel programs, and the Hopewell Academy Soccer Training.  The HVSA also continues to be actively involved in supporting sports recreation throughout the area. During this year’s sponsorship campaign, we are again offering multiple opportunities to partner with our sponsorships, so that together we can make this a great year of recreational soccer!. 

 

Recreation Team sponsorship is opening alternative sponsorships this year. 

We wanted to give every one of our sponsors options that will meet their needs.  Below you will find our new options that were customized to meet a variety of needs. 

Please take a moment to review the information below and then complete the online request form and then mail in your payment by Monday, August, 9th, 2021. Please note that requests for color and division will be honored in order of the completed form and payment received.

2021-2022 HVSA SPONSORSHIP TIERED OPTIONS 

 

What is included when you are a sponsor?

  • All sponsors will have their company name and logo on team shirts.
  • All sponsors will have their logo and URL posted on the HVSA website during and following the season.
  • Fall season sponsors will receive a sponsor plaque to hang in your place of business.
  • Fall season sponsors will have their company name included in the game recaps on social and print media.
  • Sponsors who choose all three seasons will have a booth at HVSA Rec Soccer events.*

 

What are the sponsorship levels?

Gold Level Sponsors (15% Discount)

    • Fall /Winter/Spring Seasons (Divisions 1-4) $475 per team

 

Silver Level Sponsors (10% Discount)

    • Fall/Winter Seasons $370 per team
    • Fall/Spring Seasons $410 per team
    • Winter/Spring Seasons $225 per team

 

*Two Fall Teams $560

 

Bronze Level Sponsors

    • Fall Season $310 per team
    • Winter Season $100 per team
    • Spring Season $150 per team
